An acquisition case study
We worked with a leading UK energy supplier supporting their inbound and outbound sales objectives. In one month, through coaching and contact optimisation we improved the inbound sales conversion rate from their in house 12%, to a CC33 30%, meaning we delivered 10,000 new customers in one month alone.
