How we work with an existing partner
We work with a well known UK brand on upgrade activity. We offer their Customers an option to add additional premium products to their existing product. Colleagues complete a review of existing products, discuss potentional upgrades and, if required and available, can apply discounts and financial incentives in order to attract and secure additional product sales.
Whilst upgrading to new packages Advisors also have the ability to remove products (at the Customers request only) which they do not feel they utilise or are getting value from. We measure the number and % of “downgrades” in order to ensure that Agents operate within an acceptable level, typycally less than 10% of overall sales.
