We are so happy to announce that our wonderful and hard working Quality and Compliance won Support Team of the Year at @The UK Contact Centre ForumNational Awards last Friday night! What a team! Well done guys we're so proud of you!
We're also really happy to announce that Neil Morris secured a bronze award on the night too for Agent of the Year. What a result! Well done Neil!
And all of this was on top of having Josh Heraghty also be a finalist for Team Leader of the Year.
