CC33 support a new partner with recruitment-challenges

One of our new partners was struggling to recruit for their own call centre operation. cc33 stepped In and we recruited, trained, then deployed a team of 15 inbound customer service advisors into our centre in Sheffield to support their high call demand. All live within 4 weeks. Our intervention helped improve service levels by 89% too.
